Bra Fitting

Bra Fitting Check List
Band Midback bra
The band should be completely around your body mid back. If the band pulls the mid back, it means that the band is too wide. When the flats roll around the band’s neck, it means the band is too small.

Bridge Mid-front
The bridge between the cups should be flat on the body and should fill any gaps at the top. The underwire should be absolutely around the bust. If not, the bridge may need to be trimmed or shortened.

Bottom Center Cups
The underwires in the center of the cups should be flat against the rib cage without any gaps. If you can no longer fit your finger under the cup, your band is too small.

Straps
The straps should rest halfway down the cup without falling off, and there should be no wrinkles at the top edge of the cup in the front. The cup shouldn’t pull the band up at the back.

Armpit
The cup (or other wire) in the armpit should go up until the breast circumference is no longer curved. The underwire should be around the breasts without digging into the soft folds. Before making changes in the armpit, make sure that it is not a case of the wrong cup sizes

Cup depth
The breast tissue should rest inside the cup and not protrude anywhere around the cup or upwards. If it does, you will need a larger size. The cup should also not be loose or wrinkled but should cover the breast properly. If not, you will need a smaller size.
